Our restructuring office supports companies in financial hazards, attends to companies in transactions during crisis situations and has excellent expertise in the development of rescue schemes (e.g. execution of debt equity swaps). Additionally, one of our particular activities is the representation of creditor interests in insolvency proceedings and provide consulting to clients in the defense against recovatory actions as well in all other complex cases, which may result from the crisis of an enterprise.
